Online lead generation in 2025 isn’t easy. In fact, 78% of agents say it’s their biggest challenge this year. But here’s the part most people miss: the top 20% of agents aren’t guessing their way through it. They’re using three proven strategies that consistently work, and we’re going to show you exactly what those are.
Let’s start by identifying the three major challenges most agents are facing right now:
• Inconsistent lead flow. Some months, you’re overwhelmed with leads; other months, it feels like no one is interested.

Strategy #2: Automate your lead nurture like a top producer. Here’s a startling fact: 78% of buyers choose the first agent who responds. This means speed is crucial, but consistency is even more important. Here’s a simple follow-up system that works:
1. Respond quickly: Aim to reply within 2 minutes of generating a lead.
2. Run a “10 Days of Love” campaign: Use automation tools to send 10 touchpoints over 10 days.
3. Nurture further: Follow up with 15 more personalized touches over the next 90 days.
4. Provide ongoing value: Share market reports, search alerts, and neighborhood insights for 18 months.
